Refund Policy

At DecluttaKing, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality items. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here’s our refund policy:
 
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are:
    • Not as described
    • Damaged or faulty
    • Not received within the expected delivery timeframe
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date
  • Process:
    1. Contact our support team via help@decluttaking.com with your order number and reason for refund
    2. Provide evidence (photos, videos, etc.) to support your claim
    3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  • Refund Options:
    • Full refund to original payment method
    • Exchange for a similar item (if available)
    • Store credit towards a future purchase
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or not as described
  • Exceptions: No refunds for:
    • Items damaged after delivery
    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
    • Items not compatible with buyer’s device/software (unless specified in description)
