- Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are:
- Not as described
- Damaged or faulty
- Not received within the expected delivery timeframe
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- Process:
- Contact our support team via help@decluttaking.com with your order number and reason for refund
- Provide evidence (photos, videos, etc.) to support your claim
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- Refund Options:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Exchange for a similar item (if available)
- Store credit towards a future purchase
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or not as described
- Exceptions: No refunds for:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items not compatible with buyer’s device/software (unless specified in description)
